Crockpot Honey Pork and Apples
On busy days I rely on my crock pot to help me make delicious, nutritious meals that don’t require a lot of my time. Just whip up a couple healthy sides or a salad and dinner is served!
- 1 (3-4 lb) pork tenderloin
- 2 large Granny Smith apples, sliced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 Tblsp Cinnamon
Instructions
Slice slits in pork tenderloin.
Place 1-2 apple slices per slit.
Place 3/4 of the remaining apple slices in the bottom of the crockpot.
Drizzle half of the honey over the apple slices.
Place pork on top of apple slices.
Sprinkle cinnamon over everything.
Place remaining apple slices on top and drizzle honey over everything.
Place lid on crock pot and cook for 8 hours on low.
Remove from slow cooker. Serve with apples on top.
