You will also become part of Team Nacho! I know that is an unusual name for a team, especially one that is focused around health and fitness, but let me explain. 🙂
I was trying to come up with a great Team name that would fit myself and my coaches and went through many nouns, adjectives and verbs that focused on health and fitness.
Then I realized that I want to be about more than just that. At that moment I thought about one of my favorite things: Nachos!
You see, I believe in the 80/20 Clean Eating system. You eat clean and healthy 80% of the time and can enjoy treats 20%. They are treats not cheats if it is a lifestyle 🙂
99% of the time when I have a treat meal it is nachos. Because nachos are awesome!!!!
It also makes for a good team name because;, not only do nachos rock, but they come in a variety of ways: from mild to spicy…Meaty to Vegan..savory to sweet….you get the idea.
Plus it’s fun and silly which are also two words that can be used to describe me. I can buckle down and be serious when I need to be, but the rest of the time I like to smile and laugh as much as I can.
